Milmarson Development working under its sister company Morgan Investments partnered with visionaries like him, bringing socio-economic and demographic evolution to Prince George’s County. George Farrell could see the untargeted market of professional African Americans who didn’t have the opportunity of buying Luxury Homes.

He proved right, African American buyers rushed to embrace (and pay for) these features. Firmly demonstrating both the sophisticated tastes and buying power of the predominantly African American consumer market.
