Sandra Lopez, CEO

Sandra Lopez is a dynamic leader with extensive expertise in business administration, marketing, and strategic development. As the CEO of Milmarson International Development, she brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success. Sandra holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Costa Rica and certifications as an English and Spanish teacher, further complementing her broad skill set.

Sandra’s career began with Coca-Cola’s Latin American Division, where she spent six years as a Marketing Executive. In this role, she played a pivotal part in driving the growth and regional expansion of Coca-Cola products across Central America, the Caribbean, Venezuela, and Argentina, overseeing key marketing strategies.

In 2004, Sandra moved to the United States to join Milmarson Development, LLC, initially as General Manager. She managed critical projects in Florida, and in 2010, as a partner, led the company’s expansion into Costa Rica, launching the first off-grid private community next to the Ailanto Reserve.

A serial entrepreneur, Sandra is also the co-founder of American Security Trust, which manages a diverse real estate portfolio across the Southeastern United States and Costa Rica. The company focuses on identifying bulk purchase opportunities, offering valuable investment prospects in the real estate market.

In 2018, Sandra founded Cerebrum, a forward-thinking digital marketing company that harnesses cutting-edge technologies to help businesses, non-profits, and political organizations connect with their target audiences. Under her leadership, Cerebrum has built a reputation for developing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand growth and success.

Today, Sandra is focused on overseeing Milmarson’s projects in Costa Rica, where she leads a team of seasoned consultants to ensure each project’s success. Her strong ties to the local community have been integral in securing support from local stakeholders and government entities. Through her vision and leadership, Sandra is committed to improving the economic and healthcare outcomes for the people of Costa Rica, furthering the company’s mission to create sustainable development in the region.
