Royal Theater Boys and Girls Club of the Suncoast
The Royal Theater Boys and Girls Club of the Suncoast re-opened following a major renovation by Milmarson Development. Milmarson Development added a 12-foot (3.7 m) movie screen and performing Arts stage with a 125-seat auditorium. Also incorporated Dance, Drama and Music recording studios; an art gallery; a computer center and classroom spaces. $500,000 in funding and renovations were performed by Florida Commissioner of Community Relations and Real Estate Developer George T. Farrell. A grant from Florida Governor Jeb Bush installed central air conditioning for the entire Building.
